We refund the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

My carpet arrived damaged. What should I do?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Will the carpet look exactly like the photos?
Each carpet is unique, so colour and pattern may differ slightly from screen photos because of display settings and natural variation.
