Refund & Return Policy

Returns

You may return an item within 14 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging. To start a return, email us at antiqueorientelcarpets@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.

Return Shipping

The customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or special-order items
• Items that have been used, washed or altered

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we refund the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Email us as soon as possible.

Disputes

If you have an issue with an order, please contact us first. We aim to resolve every complaint within 3 business days. You can also use our Submit a Dispute page.
